Refund & Cancel Policy
AGRIGHAR entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, in law, in equity, or otherwise, with respect to the website content and products and/or for any breach of this agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid, less shipping and handling, for products purchased via the website.
It is the sole discretion of AGRIGHAR to either refund the amount (entire / partially) or send the product(s) you ordered will be initiated in 24hrs form the date of acceptance.
AGRIGHAR will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages in connection with this agreement or the products in any manner, including liabilities resulting from (1) the use or the inability to use the website content or products; (2) the cost of procuring substitute products or content; (3) any products purchased or obtained or transactions entered into through the website; or (4) any lost/ profits you allege.
In case of products/material to be sent via Courier etc. AGRIGHAR at its sole discretion to select any courier partner/courier service, provider. The parcel shall be booked at your own risk. As and when your order/products handed over to the courier company and tracking ID is generated by courier company/courier service provider, the liability of AGRIGHAR shall cease to exit to the extent of your order/products that includes damage, theft, lost etc. It is solely your responsibility to track your package and get the delivery. In case of non-serviceable area of any private courier company/courier service provider, AGRIGHAR at its sole discretion, send the products from Postal Service ( GOI) or you may be asked to collect the same from a designated address of courier company/courier service provider at your own risk & expenses. (The parcel shall be sent as ‘CALL PARTY’ tag.).
Online Payments / Transactions:- AGRIGHAR in its sole discretion select any mode of online payment(s) and service provider to collect payment on its behalf. The responsibility of AGRIGHAR to send the order/ products arise only after successful completion/receipt of online payment. AGRIGHAR shall not be held responsible or will not be deemed in default hereunder for any failed / incomplete financial transaction through any online mode.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 3 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
